Ingredients for Barbeque Chicken Pizza Recipe:

  • 1 pizza dough (12 inches) before baking.
  • 1 cup hot barbecue sauce.
  • 2 halves of boneless chicken breast, cooked and diced.
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro.
  • 1 cup sliced sweet pepper.
  • 1 cup chopped red onion.
  • 2 cups grated Colby-Monterey Jack cheese.

Method for Barbeque Chicken Pizza Recipe:

Step 1:
Oven heat to 350 degrees.

Step 2:
Place the pizza peel on a medium baking sheet. Spread the crust with barbecue sauce. Hang with chicken, coriander, hot pepper, onion, and cheese.

Step 3:
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and boils.
