Beef Recipes Curry

Use the slow cooker for simple beef recipes curry, it is full of flavor and ensures soft and tender beef. Served with rice and nan bread.

Ingredients for beef recipes curry :

  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
  • Beef Fillet Fillet 800 g / 1 lb 12 ounce, cut into pieces 2.5 cm / 1 inch.
  • 2 onions, finely chopped.
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
  • 2 chopped peppers, finely chopped.
  • 2.5 cm / 1-inch fresh ginger root, finely peeled and grated.
  • 4 teaspoons of ground cumin.
  • 4 teaspoons of ground coriander.
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric.
  • 400 g cans of chopped tomatoes.
  • 2 teaspoons of Garam Masala.
  • 200 grams of natural milk.
  • A handful of chopped coriander (optional).

Method for beef recipes curry:

Step 1:

Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat pieces for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. (You may have to brown the meat in batches.) Place the golden meat in a slow stove.

Step 2:

Heat the remaining oil in a skillet and saute onions for 5 minutes, then add garlic, hot pepper and ginger and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add spices and fry for another minute, then put the mixture in a slow stove.

Step 3:

Add the chopped tomatoes to the slow cooker, then fill one of the empty boxes with water and add water to the slow cooker.

Step 4:

Slide everything together and press down so that everything is covered with liquid and cooked for 8-10 hours at low temperature.

Step 5:

About 30 minutes before serving, add masala cheese and yogurt and season with taste, with salt and more hot pepper. Cook for another 30 minutes, then add the coriander.

Recipe tips:

Alternatively, you can cook curry on the plate for 2-3 hours over low heat, or until the meat becomes tender.
