- 300g boneless poultry.
- 4 cloves of garlic, sliced.
- 1 egg, beaten.
- 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup.
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce.
- 1 chili pepper, chopped.

- 2 tablespoons flour.
- 2 tablespoons cornflour.
- Maida Flour 1 tbsp.
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon.
- Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons.
- Sugar 1 ½ tablespoons.
- Chicken Stock ½ cup.
- Green Onion 5g.
- Tomato Ketchup 8 tablespoons.
- Vinegar 1 ½ tablespoons.
Methods of Chicken Manchurian :
First Step is :
In a bowl, put the chicken, salt, cornflour (1 tablespoon), flour, lemon juice, garlic paste (1 tbsp), ginger paste (1 tbsp), pepper powder, red chili powder, egg. Mix and marinate for 30 minutes.
Second Step is :
In a cooking pan, add the kicking oil (as needed), marinated chicken and deep fry until light brown heat, add 2 tablespoons oil, 2 cloves of sliced garlic and fry. Add chili peppers, green onions to it and sweeten it. Now add the pineapple and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Third Step is :
In another cooking, cooking oil, fried chicken, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, salt, pepper, and white pepper and ginger paste (1 tbsp), garlic paste (1 tbsp), fried, green chili. Add the soy sauce, sugar. Add 1 cup water, vinegar, chicken stock and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Fourth Step is :
Now add the Worcester sauce. Add the cornflour to a little water and add it to the Manchurian Gravy. Cook it on a stir and cook until thick.
Fifth Step is :
Before serving, add a few drops of lemon juice to it and drain. Delicious Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.
