Method of Grilling Recipe For Salmon:

Step 1:

  1. Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients. Preheat the outdoor grill to medium (approximately 375 degrees Fahrenheit).

  2. The cooking time varies according to the side of the salmon. If your piece is thinner (approximately 1 inch thick), check the first few minutes several times to make sure the salmon does not increase. If the piece is too thick (1 1/2 inches or more), it may take longer.

Step 6:

  1. Open the grill and carefully open the chip until the top of the fish is completely uncovered (watch out for hot steam). Close the grill and continue roasting until the fish is completely tender about 3 more minutes.
  2. Look closely at the salmon to make sure it isn’t too much. Remove the salmon from the grill (I like to use the chip to lift it directly on the baking sheet).
  3. If it still looks a bit, you can roll the paper from behind and return it for a few minutes. Do not let it sit for a long time: salmon can develop from “not done” to “exceed” very quickly. Once it takes off easily with a fork, it’s ready.

Serve, cut the salmon into pieces. Remove the top of the dill and discard. Sprinkle with fresh dill and apply as extra lemon pressure as you wish.
