Step 1:

In a medium bowl, beat 1/3 cup of soy sauce and lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until combined. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper and stir until the meat is cooked. Soak 20 minutes.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, over medium, heat, and oil. Add the steak in a layer and work in batches if necessary, and cook until burned, approximately two minutes per side. Remove the steak and reserve.

Step 3:

  • Stir the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute. Stir the remaining mixture of a tablespoon until the garlic is sprinkled, then stir the broth and then leave two tablespoons of brown sugar and 1/3 cup sauce of soy sauce and Sriracha.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer. Add broccoli and simmer until about 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper (if necessary), then return the steak to the pan.

Step 4:

decorate with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
