Veg biryani recipe

Ingredients:

  • For rice:
  • 8 cups water.
  • 2 bay leaf/onion strap.
  • 1-inch cinnamon stick.
  • sp numeric cloves
  • 1-star goldfish.
  • 2 tbsp pepper.
  • 2 numbers of oil.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 basmati rice, soaked for 20 minutes.
  • For Brian Gravy:
  • 2 tablespoons oil.
  • 1 tablespoon ghee / clarified butter.
  • 1 bay leaf/radish strap.
  • 2-inch cinnamon stick.
  • sp numeric cloves
  • 1-star goldfish.
  • 1 issue King cumin/caraway seeds
  • 4 cups.
  • 1 onion, finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, carrots, cabbage, peas, potatoes, beans, chopped.
  • 1 cup yogurt/yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp of red chili powder.
  • 2 numbers turmeric/turmeric.
  • 2 tablespoons brown spice powder.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 2 digit coriander – mint paste.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • 15 cubes of cheese/cottage cheese
  • Other components:
  • ¼ cup mint/ pudina, sliced.
  • 1 cup coriander, chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon ghee / clarified butter.
  • ½ cup fried onions/barista.
  • 1 cup saffron water.
  • Pinch of brown spice powder.
  • Wheat flour, to seal.

Step By Step Method To Prepare Veg biryani recipe :

  • First, spread a layer of ready-made brownie into a coarse bottom deep pot.
  • Layer more with cooked rice.
  • Spread the chopped mint, coriander, fried onion, and saffron water.
  • As a third layer, spread the brownie gravy.
  • Add the cooked rice, saffron water, fried onions and spices, and repeat.
  • Top with a tablespoon of ghee, mint, and coriander.
  • Close and seal with the dough.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Lastly, present the Hyderabad Dim Biryani with Rita or Pepper Salad.
