  • 1 lb extra lean ground turkey (454 g)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons canned chipotles in adobo sauce, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Press a small indentation into the bottom side of each patty.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties on a grill over medium-high heat with the indented side facing down. Avoid pressing on the burgers while they cook.
  2. Flip the patties after a few minutes and continue cooking until they are cooked through and no longer pink.
Serving

Notes

Adjust the chipotle sauce or chili powder before cooking to control the heat level of the burgers.
