Ingredients

Cookie Dough
  • Your favorite cookie dough
Topping
  • Ice cream, optional but suggested

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare your preferred cookie dough according to its instructions.
  2. Divide rounded scoops of cookie dough into individual ramekins using an ice cream scoop.
Baking
  1. Bake the ramekins following the cookie dough directions, adding an additional 5-10 minutes to the baking time.
  2. Take the ramekins out of the oven and allow the cookies to stand for a few minutes.
Topping
  1. Add ice cream and any other desired toppings before serving.

Notes

A small scoop was used for the ice cream topping so it would not cover the top of the ramekin, which worked well.
